Sudharsan is responsible for the strategic direction of the Company, as well as providing keyinsight into the agency's creative and marketing work for its clients. He has a deep background in design, animation, photography and interactive development. He has a holistic understanding of what it takes to deliver engaging consumer experiences from strategy and architecture, to content, design and execution. Since 2006, he has been leading creative efforts for projects ranging from TV commercials to websites, social media, gaming and mobile. He is a deep thinker and leads his teams to consider the changing dynamics of consumer/brand interactions.
A.R.Karthigeyan
Co-founder/Marketing head
Ar.karthigeyan is responsible for the strategic direction of the Company, and marketing work for its clients. He has a deep background in marketing and consumer experiences from strategy and architecture. He manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities and he experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies.

While he has a qualification in Electronic media and he started his career as an editor in a leading Tamil channel from 2006-2008, his career calling came after 2008 where he started to work as an assistant director in an advertising company. He has already believed that advertising experience extends far beyond the banner, which is why his talent of combining interactive and creative ideas of ads has bought him a superb name in advertising industry. Good Creative direction doesn't come at all; which gunasekaran is the man to come to, if you want the right touch to your ads.
Jeevan Venkatesh

Photography has been his breath of fresh air since fourth grade in school. That's when he was first introduced to this first love of his lifetime. Jeevan's photography journey began with the use of his Dad's basic roll camera. After Finishing his schooling, he enrolled in Visual Communication with photography as his main focus. While in College, he learned and honed his expertise in Designing and Photoshop Retouching." After successfully completing Visual Communications, He joined as an assistant for the renowned photographer Karthik Srinivasan. After becoming an independent Photographer, He has an innate ability to capture character in every photograph through the use of lighting and stunning surroundings. He has a natural eye for the beauty of simplicity and the capacity to seize your attention in a single frame. He strives to capture the true emotion, personality, and intensity in each of his subjects.
